With a research-based practice that is medium-agnostic, I am a storyteller harnessing historical precedent and speculative futures, rooting form, function, and material provenance of the ephemeral present in the artifacts and experiences I fabricate.
I was born and raised in Lawrenceville, GA, and currently live in Somerset, NJ.
I received my bachelors degree at Dartmouth College in 2020, with a major in Studio Art and minor in Human Centered Design and Arabic Language. I studied Clothing and Textiles at San Diego College of Continuing Education in 2021. I am currently completing my Master of Fine Art in Design at Mason Gross School of Art at Rutgers University, in May 2025.
I am currently teaching Design Thesis and Exhibition I & II at MGSA. Seeking lecture positions for the upcoming school year in the tri-state area in the areas of design thinking, exhibition design, immersive design, book arts/letterpress, expanded print and publication, film/digital photography, natural dyeing, and e-textiles.
